How do the price tiers work?

Decorations and bundles are sold by their standard price tier. You pick the tier that matches the item you want, tell us the decoration or bundle name in the options form, and we source it. Availability is confirmed before fulfilment, and if the item cannot be sourced we arrange a replacement or a refund.

How long does delivery take?

Most gift links are sent within 1 to 12 hours and account handovers within 1 to 24 hours. We do not promise instant delivery unless a product page states that it is configured for automatic delivery.

Do you need access to my account?

No. Gift products are claimed by you, on your own account, using a link. We will never ask for your password, authentication token, email password, backup codes, or two-factor codes.

Are products region restricted?

Gift links follow the rules of the platform that issues them, and some subscription products differ in price or availability by region. Each product page lists what we know about restrictions for that item.

What happens if a gift link fails?

Contact support with your order number and the error you saw. If the link is invalid or already used before you claimed it, we investigate and either reissue the product or refund it.

Are digital products refundable?

Unclaimed gift links can be refunded. Redeemed, revealed or successfully delivered digital products may be non-refundable where the law allows that, because they cannot be returned. Invalid or undelivered products are always investigated.
