Policies

Refund Policy

Digital products behave differently from physical goods. This policy explains exactly where the line sits.

Refundable

  • Orders that have not been fulfilled yet.
  • Gift links that are still unclaimed and unrevealed.
  • Products that are invalid, expired or cannot be delivered.
  • Duplicate charges or clear billing errors.

Usually non-refundable

Redeemed, revealed or successfully delivered digital products may be non-refundable where the law permits, because a delivered code or claimed subscription cannot be returned. For account products, the sale is final once you have changed the credentials.

Statutory rights

Consumers in the EU and UK have a statutory withdrawal right for digital content, which can be waived when you consent to immediate delivery. That consent is requested explicitly at checkout. Where a statutory right still applies, it overrides this policy.

Investigations

Invalid or undelivered products are always investigated. Send your order number and any error message you saw. Investigations normally conclude within two business days, after which we either reissue the product or refund it to the original payment method.

Chargebacks

Please contact support before opening a chargeback. Most delivery problems are resolved faster directly, and an open dispute freezes our ability to reissue a product.
