    Receive your product

    Your gift link or redemption instructions are delivered using the method displayed on the product page.

Delivery expectations

  • Gift links: usually within 1–12 hours of your order being confirmed.
  • Account handovers: usually within 1–24 hours.
  • We do not promise instant delivery. If a product is later configured for automatic delivery, its product page will say so explicitly.
  • Delivery always goes to the email address entered at checkout.

What we ask for

  • Your name and email address, so we can deliver and support the order.
  • Your billing country, for tax and regional accuracy.
  • Optionally your Discord username, used only to identify your order in support.

Nastra will never ask for your Discord password, authentication token, email password, backup codes, or two-factor authentication codes.
