Delivery Policy

How products are delivered

Every product is digital. Gift products are delivered as a claimable gift link sent to the email address entered at checkout. Account products are delivered as login details with a written handover guide sent to the same address.

Estimated delivery times

• Gift links: usually within 1–12 hours of order confirmation.
• Account handovers: usually within 1–24 hours of order confirmation.

These are estimates for manual fulfilment, not guarantees. Nastra does not promise instant delivery unless a specific product page states that the product is configured for automatic delivery.

If delivery is delayed

If your order passes the estimated window, contact support with your order number. We will confirm the status and either complete the delivery or refund the order.

Failed or invalid links

If a gift link is invalid, expired or already redeemed before you claimed it, report it with a screenshot of the error. We investigate and issue a replacement or a refund.

Wrong email address

Delivery goes to the address you enter at checkout. If it contains a typo, contact support before the order is fulfilled and we will correct it.
