Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Nastra is an independent digital-goods store and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Nastra never sees or stores your card details. The final amount charged is calculated and validated on our server, and an order is only confirmed once Stripe verifies the payment. Card statements show the Nastra descriptor.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter a contract in your country and to hold an account on the platform a product relates to. You are responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party platform you use a purchased product on, including rules about account transfers.

4. Pricing and currency

Prices are shown in euro and include a separately displayed processing fee at checkout. Comparison values are reference prices for the European region and may differ from the price shown in your own region.

5. Orders and delivery

An order is accepted when we confirm it. Delivery follows the method and estimated time printed on the product page. We may cancel and fully refund an order if stock is no longer available.

6. Account security

Nastra will never ask for your password, authentication token, email password, backup codes or two-factor codes. Any message requesting these is not from us.

7. Acceptable use

You may not resell products obtained through fraudulent payment, attempt chargeback fraud, or use the store to launder funds. Orders flagged for fraud may be cancelled.

8. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for actions taken by third-party platforms against your account.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated as the store develops. The version shown at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
